Digital Process Consultant (m/w/d)

You combine the joy of processes, presentations and figures as well as enthusiasm for interpersonal relationships. As a Digital Process Consultant, you are the first point of contact for the definition and conception of new digital processes at our customers. You will also check existing processes for their optimization potential and uncover synergies. Taking into account possible organizational dependencies makes you the ideal sparring partner for decision-makers on the customer side.

Your tasks are:

Evaluation and optimization of existing digital processes.
Conception of new processes and procedures to achieve technical requirements.
Examination of dependencies and effects on existing processes together with the departments involved.
Use of agile consulting and creative methods in workshops to develop the stated goals.
Accompanying our agile teams in the technical implementation of the projects.
Supporting our sales department in acquiring new customers.

You stand out:

Successfully completed business (computer science, engineering) studies.
Professional experience in process analysis and process design along the entire value chain.
Ideally, professional experience in a digital environment, e.g. in a digital agency or the digital/e-business department of a retail company or similar.
Strong method and communication skills as well as confident handling of conflict management with the respective stakeholders.
