On 22nd September, the communiversity will once again take place on the premises of communicode AG. As in previous years, the event will give all communicoder:in the opportunity for professional and personal exchange in direct cooperation. Due to the hybrid work, which has become established in our company, this day gains additional importance.

The communiversity is a special kind of working day for us. We meet away from the daily routines, get to know each other even better and find new common levels, both professional and personal, through the colorful mix of different lectures and workshops.

###Learning from each other and with each other

The motto "We. Together. Here." describes the culture we are passionate about anyway, but rarely has it been more fitting for communiversity than this year. Challenging years are behind us, the hybrid work model is working exceptionally well, and we are all working together to build our successful future. This makes it all the more important that we can share this special day together and give each other space for personal contact.

The communiversity on September 22 begins at 8:15 a.m. with the keynote and a shared breakfast. There will be a lunch break between the sessions, which will be conceived and designed by colleagues. The final, relaxed exchange starting at 4:30 p.m. rounds off the day.

## B2BEST 2023 for the first time as a live event 
On June 14 and 15, the "lighthouse event" B2BEST will take place for the first time as a face-to-face event. Decision-makers from retail, production and services are cordially invited to be inspired by the presentations and to network with all guests. Unlike previous years, the Community Day will be split over two days and will take place from May 24 to 25 at the Landschaftspark Duisburg. 

Shopware Community Day is one of the most important industry events in e-commerce. Shopware presents its latest tech innovations and business ideas, gathers customers, partners and developers. Everything is aimed at promoting cooperation and exchange between the globally active e-commerce community. Of course, communicode cannot be missing from this event. 

By splitting the event into 2 days, Shopware wants to better address the different needs of the community this year and will start on May 24 with the Developer Day, where more technically based presentations about new features, projects and Shopware 6.5 will be held. It continues on May 25 with Merchant Day for merchants, where insights, knowledge and concepts will be shared. Both event days will take place live on site at Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord.

## More automation when changing complex shops

Support for Shopware 5 will end in 2024, which means that there is practically no alternative to migrating to Shopware 6. The advantages of Shopware 6 are too strong and the technical and legal risks of the continuous use of Shopware 5 too high. That is why in our free webinar on 20 April, we will show how a change from Shopware 5 to 6 is not only easier and more efficient thanks to automated processes, but also what special content is transferred and rebuilt using our method. 


## Migration using automation

We simplify a seamless migration of your product and customer data, the shipping and payment methods as well as the SEO settings by automatically supporting the transfer of this data to the new shop system. We are moving the content elements such as media, landing pages, custom forms and shop pages to the new shop with the help of automated processes. To do this, we use an in-house toolset that we will demonstrate in our webinar. We cordially invite you to the Trainee Speed Dating 2023, where you have the opportunity to become part of the company and learn the profession of IT specialist for application development or system integration.

The communicode trainee speed dating will take place on April 20th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the new premises of communicode AG in Essen/Rüttenscheid. Applicants have the opportunity to get to know the operational environment and the communicode employees in two speed dating stages. A total of seven training positions are available, six for IT specialists for application development and one for system integration.

Food and drink will be provided throughout the day and fun is guaranteed. This year's trainee speed dating is taking place live again for the first time, after virtual events caused by the pandemic and the subsequent move to a new company building.

The trainee speed dating is a great opportunity to introduce yourself personally and get to know future colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. The application is made in advance in writing with a cover letter and curriculum vitae, stating the desired training position.

After what feels like an eternity of searching for trainees in the World Wide Web, communicode finally has the chance again to meet ambitious talents in person at the IHK Trainee Speed Dating. We are very pleased that the event will again take place in our presence for the first time since the pandemic. Our trainers will be available to all interested parties in the Philharmonie Essen as discussion partners and are already very excited about the ambitious talents who will introduce themselves to them. 

 
On February 22, trainee seekers will have the opportunity to get to know their potential new training company as part of the IHK Trainee Speed Dating. Of course, we won't miss the opportunity to present our modernized training program to the participants and get them excited about the IT specialist training program for application development and system integration.

For us, it is already an almost established custom that we take over our trainees into a permanent position after their training. After all, we prepare them for all challenges they might encounter as IT specialists by providing them with up-to-date and professionally targeted contents and excellent support. 10 Jahre Connect: SAP lädt zur Partner Summit – Endlich wieder live 

On 21st and 22nd September, DMEXCO, Europe's leading Digital Marketing & Tech Event, will finally take place live again in Cologne. Even though the virtual format was quite successful thanks to the organisers, we are very much looking forward to finally meeting the many partners and visitors in person again.

## A day for the future 

Sustainability is currently on everyone's lips, and at communcode we are also discussing the possibilities for climate protection, social commitment and sustainable management for our company. With various measures, we have already launched promising initiatives and have found time and again that such a complex field can only be mastered in cooperation with our business partners. 

That is why, as a member of the BVMW, we have founded the FONARU network with like-minded companies from the Ruhr region. The aim is to promote a lively and regular exchange on innovative offers and business models, to benefit from each other and to expand the network. In order to further strengthen this initiative, we cordially invite you on behalf of FONARU to the first sustainability congress in the Ruhr region, which we have the honour of helping to shape and organise.  
   
CSR ambassadors and interested parties from medium-sized companies are invited to attend the inspiring lectures, exchange sustainable ideas and network. At the congress, participants will receive practical tips and perspectives on how even small initiatives can make a big impact and how we can contribute together to a Ruhr region worth living in. The inclusive Hotel Franz provides the perfect setting for this.  

The Sustainability Congress begins on September 9 at 9 a.m. and ends with a convivial get-together at 3 p.m., with coffee and cake. Intellectual and physical well-being will also be catered for between the lectures.  

We are very much looking forward to the exchange with all participants and especially to many sustainable insights.

1st Sustainability Congress Ruhr Area 

On the Tobit.Labs campus in Ahaus, communicode's Shopware fans can expect a recurring highlight, which we are already looking forward to. 

With 1,000 participants on site and 6,000 participants online, the Shopware Community Day is one of the most important hybrid industry events in e-commerce. Shopware presents its latest tech innovations and business ideas, gathers customers, partners and developers. Everything is aimed at promoting cooperation and exchange between the globally active e-commerce community. Of course, communicode cannot be missing from this event.  


## Indispensable event for communicode 


As is the case with every SCD, top speakers from various sectors will once again reveal their expert knowledge to the entire audience. In this way, all participants will stay up to date and take current Best Practices back to their companies. communicode, which has firmly anchored the SCD in its calendar as an enthusiastic Shopware partner, is also looking for a lively exchange with other clients and partners. Shopware Community Day 2022

On May 11 and 12, the Strategy Summit B2B Marketing & E-Commerce will once again take place in Berlin. For years, the event has been a popular stage for intensive networking and attending the presentations of the participating experts. Decision makers from small medium-sized companies as well as large corporations will equally benefit from the great added value of the event.

As a partner, we at communicode will of course once again be part of the event and are looking forward to contributing to the conference program with our own expert contribution. Within the scope of the event, project netwoks will organize discussions between solution partners and company decision makers, in which questions regarding processes, projects and their implementation will be answered. The exchange with the attending participants is our personal highlight. 

## From a pure B2B online store to a holistic service platform  

The challenge of binding customers to one's own B2B store beyond the one-time purchase lies not only in pricing. Those who want to sustainably ensure increasing sales and happy customers build on an intelligent and empathetic customer journey as well as on an extended service portal. The latter goes far beyond the pure instance of the online store and serves all facets of the value chain. 

As part of our presentation at the Strategy Summit on the first day at 11:25 a.m., Michael Wolfframm will provide inspiring insights into an example from our practice and show solution paths with measurable results. Always keeping the business value in mind, he shows how B2B customers can be transformed from one-time buyers to loyal regular customers by means of concrete questions and measures. 

Of course, we from communicode will be on site for all interested parties for individual meetings which can be reserved and we are looking forward to a lively exchange on digital transformation and e-commerce.

On 23rd March, communicode will once again organize the virtual trainee speed dating, where you can apply for an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development or system integration. Get to know us personally and gain insights into your potential training company. 

### Fancy a date? 

The event runs until noon. During this time, all applicants* will have 15 minutes each for their speed date with a communicoder, during which you can introduce yourself and learn more about communicode as a trainer and employer. After all interviews have been concluded, we will end the event with a joint farewell at 12.40 pm. 

### Your training at communicode 

The profession of an IT specialist for application development or system integration will be imparted to you at communicode on all decisive levels. All colleagues will support you with words and deeds during your training and accompany you on your professional career. Even after your training, you will have the opportunity to remain a part of the communiverse and to actively participate in your and our future.

8. Azubi Speeddating

In March, the Essen Chamber of Industry and Commerce will once again organize its successful trainee speed dating, where young people will once again have the opportunity to get in direct contact with their potential training companies and to secure a coveted training position.  

  

From 1st March onwards, the participating companies will post their training offers on the website of the Essen Chamber of Industry and Commerce and offer different communication channels for the speed dating. communicode is looking forward to "meeting" the applicants via the video call and to getting to know them personally.

We give all applicants the opportunity to talk about themselves and their motivation in a relaxed conversation and to introduce themselves to communicode. At the same time, they can get a picture of us as a full-service digital agency.  

  

What the established colleagues of communicode have to report is one thing. In addition, you can talk to our current and former trainees. They will be able to give you a direct insight into what you can expect from us.
