Virtual trainee speed dating in the Ruhr region

The full-service digital agency communicode AG from Essen attaches great importance to the training of new talents in the digital sector. Therefore, it is already starting its search for the upcoming training year and will organize its seventh trainee speed dating on December 9th. Under the motto "Develop (yourself) with us", up to eight applicants* will be able to get to know the company in a virtual setting and get an idea of their potential training position.

At communicode, trainees have the opportunity to take up the profession of IT specialist for application development or system integration and to also contribute to the joint success of the company after their training. At communicode, application development and system integration are elementary components of the entrepreneurial activities, so that the future perspective of a secure job is an essential factor for all applicants.

Training on all professional levels

At communicode AG, trainees experience support "around the clock" and are actively integrated into existing projects during ongoing operations, in order to learn the profession of IT specialist in all its facets. Thereby, the training does not only revolve around pure programming, but also teaches the trainees how to work in agile workflows and dynamic teams. During the speed dating, the applicants will meet communicode employees from all departments, who will be able to provide an even more comprehensive insight into the operational environment.

The event will start on 9th December at 9.30 a.m. and will be concluded with a joint farewell at 12.50 p.m.. Each applicant will be given a time frame of 15 minutes for the respective speed date. Participants are personally invited to the trainee speed date if they have previously applied in response to the published job advertisement. There is no public process for registering for trainee speed dating.
