B2B communication in the industry often goes hand in hand with a complex digital media processing chain involving a whole range of systems and organisational units. Accordingly, many different stakeholders are involved, from internal departments to external service providers. In addition, the market is increasingly forcing companies to offer digital services that must be built across heterogeneous system landscapes and complex organisational structures. 


## A treasure trove of data
As a marketing decision-maker, you are challenged to manage this distributed data and media, a growing number of communication channels and diverse markets. What's more, marketing today is more fast-moving than ever. This afternoon we will look at how you can harness the wealth of data in your own organisation and use it for marketing and communications.

After **arrival and welcome**, our consultants Michael Ochtrop and Mischa Wolfframm will give an impulse on the topic. Based on their practical experience, the participants experience where media and data are often ‘hidden’ in organisations - entertaining and also a little cheeky.

Afterwards, Turck's **success story** will give us concrete recommendations for action and insights into which strategies and methods were relevant in the project and how they can also be effective for your own initiatives.

Our **workshop** is about developing ideas and solutions for specific tasks. By taking on predefined roles, different perspectives are made possible, which breaks up entrenched thinking and enables balanced assessments and decisions.

Als Marketingentscheider haben Sie die Herausforderung, dieser dezentral gepflegten Daten und Medien, einer wachsenden Zahl von Kommunikationskanälen und verschiedenen Märkten Herr zu werden. Obendrein ist Marketing heute schnelllebiger denn je. Wie man den Datenschatz im eigenen Unternehmen heben und für Marketing und Kommunikation nutzbar machen kann, beleuchten wir an diesem Nachmittag.

Nach **Ankommen und Begrüßung** geben unsere Consultants Michael Ochtrop und Mischa Wolfframm einen Impuls zum Thema. Anhand ihrer Erfahrungen aus der Praxis erleben die Teilnehmer, wo Medien und Daten in den Organisationen häufig "verborgen" liegen - unterhaltsam und auch ein bisschen frech.

Anschließend gibt uns die **Erfolgsgeschichte von Turck** konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und Einblicke darüber, welche Strategien und Methoden im Projekt relevant waren und wie sie auch für die eigenen Initiativen wirksam werden können.

In unserem **Workshop** geht es darum, Ideen und Lösungen für bestimmte Aufgabenstellungen zu entwickeln. Durch die Einnahme vorgegebener Rollen werden unterschiedliche Perspektiven ermöglicht, die festgefahrene Denkstrukturen aufbrechen und ausgewogene Bewertungen und Entscheidungen ermöglichen.

AGILE.RUHR Camp - the meeting of all fans of the agile guild. This year, communicators from all disciplines are taking part. 
For us, agility is the basis for diverse forms of collaboration. The focus is not on methods in project management or software development, but on the unique opportunity to create a working environment in which transparency, courage, respect and feedback set the tone.

Unlike previous years, the Community Day will be split over two days and will take place from May 24 to 25 at the Landschaftspark Duisburg. 

Shopware Community Day is one of the most important industry events in e-commerce. Shopware presents its latest tech innovations and business ideas, gathers customers, partners and developers. Everything is aimed at promoting cooperation and exchange between the globally active e-commerce community. Of course, communicode cannot be missing from this event. 

By splitting the event into 2 days, Shopware wants to better address the different needs of the community this year and will start on May 24 with the Developer Day, where more technically based presentations about new features, projects and Shopware 6.5 will be held. For far too long, the ECC Forum has had to take place exclusively via the digital channel, and finally we're meeting in person again on the eve of DMEXCO.  
 
As a partner of the ECC Club, we are delighted to be there when top speakers give exciting insights into their innovations. We particularly appreciate the fact that obstacles and success factors are addressed in the best practice presentations and openly discussed during networking. ## A day for the future 

Sustainability is currently on everyone's lips, and at communcode we are also discussing the possibilities for climate protection, social commitment and sustainable management for our company. With various measures, we have already launched promising initiatives and have found time and again that such a complex field can only be mastered in cooperation with our business partners. 

That is why, as a member of the BVMW, we have founded the FONARU network with like-minded companies from the Ruhr region. The aim is to promote a lively and regular exchange on innovative offers and business models, to benefit from each other and to expand the network. In order to further strengthen this initiative, we cordially invite you on behalf of FONARU to the first sustainability congress in the Ruhr region, which we have the honour of helping to shape and organise.  
   
CSR ambassadors and interested parties from medium-sized companies are invited to attend the inspiring lectures, exchange sustainable ideas and network. At the congress, participants will receive practical tips and perspectives on how even small initiatives can make a big impact and how we can contribute together to a Ruhr region worth living in. The inclusive Hotel Franz provides the perfect setting for this.  

The Sustainability Congress begins on September 9 at 9 a.m. and ends with a convivial get-together at 3 p.m., with coffee and cake. Intellectual and physical well-being will also be catered for between the lectures.  

We are very much looking forward to the exchange with all participants and especially to many sustainable insights.

On the Tobit.Labs campus in Ahaus, communicode's Shopware fans can expect a recurring highlight, which we are already looking forward to. 

With 1,000 participants on site and 6,000 participants online, the Shopware Community Day is one of the most important hybrid industry events in e-commerce. Shopware presents its latest tech innovations and business ideas, gathers customers, partners and developers. Everything is aimed at promoting cooperation and exchange between the globally active e-commerce community. Of course, communicode cannot be missing from this event.

As is the case with every SCD, top speakers from various sectors will once again reveal their expert knowledge to the entire audience. On May 11 and 12, the Strategy Summit B2B Marketing & E-Commerce will once again take place in Berlin. For years, the event has been a popular stage for intensive networking and attending the presentations of the participating experts. Decision makers from small medium-sized companies as well as large corporations will equally benefit from the great added value of the event.

As a partner, we at communicode will of course once again be part of the event and are looking forward to contributing to the conference program with our own expert contribution. Within the scope of the event, project netwoks will organize discussions between solution partners and company decision makers, in which questions regarding processes, projects and their implementation will be answered. The exchange with the attending participants is our personal highlight.

As part of our presentation at the Strategy Summit on the first day at 11:25 a.m., Michael Wolfframm will provide inspiring insights into an example from our practice and show solution paths with measurable results. Always keeping the business value in mind, he shows how B2B customers can be transformed from one-time buyers to loyal regular customers by means of concrete questions and measures.

On 23rd March, communicode will once again organize the virtual trainee speed dating, where you can apply for an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development or system integration. Get to know us personally and gain insights into your potential training company. 

### Fancy a date? 

The event runs until noon. During this time, all applicants* will have 15 minutes each for their speed date with a communicoder, during which you can introduce yourself and learn more about communicode as a trainer and employer. After all interviews have been concluded, we will end the event with a joint farewell at 12.40 pm. 

### Your training at communicode 

The profession of an IT specialist for application development or system integration will be imparted to you at communicode on all decisive levels. All colleagues will support you with words and deeds during your training and accompany you on your professional career. Even after your training, you will have the opportunity to remain a part of the communiverse and to actively participate in your and our future.

In March, the Essen Chamber of Industry and Commerce will once again organize its successful trainee speed dating, where young people will once again have the opportunity to get in direct contact with their potential training companies and to secure a coveted training position.  

  

From 1st March onwards, the participating companies will post their training offers on the website of the Essen Chamber of Industry and Commerce and offer different communication channels for the speed dating. communicode is looking forward to "meeting" the applicants via the video call and to getting to know them personally.

We give all applicants the opportunity to talk about themselves and their motivation in a relaxed conversation and to introduce themselves to communicode. At the same time, they can get a picture of us as a full-service digital agency.

The online event will focus on the Customer Experience as an overall construct and will decode it together with the attending partners. 
Participants will be presented with a broad spectrum of expertise and inspiring content, with which the Customer Experience in the online store can be taken to the next level. communicode will also enrich the program with its own presentation on the Marketing and Commerce Cloud.  


Customer Experience and psychology  
In order to understand how the Customer Experience can positively contribute to a purchase decision, it is worth taking a look at psychology. Within the scope of their presentation at the SAP CX Focus Day, communicode AG will show how the Customer Experience is not only optimized with the help of three psychological principles, but how the store operator can actively contribute to achieving more customer loyalty and achieving the desired purchase decision more quickly.  

In addition to the lecture, communicode's consultants will be personally available to all interested participants with their expertise and will be happy to answer questions. The virtual framework of the event offers visitors the opportunity to establish direct contact with the service providers present.
