Essen-based Internet agency communicode AG expands board of directors
Armin Peiker is appointed to the Management Board and will continue to work on the growth story together with the current sole member of the Management Board, Stefan Belmann.

In its meeting on 30.09.2015, the Supervisory Board of communicode AG decided to appoint the previous Commercial Director Armin Peiker (45) as a member of the Management Board for a period of 5 years with effect from 01.01.2016.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Jochen Melchior, is pleased that in the past fiscal year the company for the first time reported sales of more than € 7 million (+22.8% compared to the previous year) and with the step of expanding the Executive Board now takes into account the further growth. The graduate business economist and computer scientist Armin Peiker has been on board of communicode AG as CFO since April 2011. In the future, he will be responsible for the newly tailored business area "Operations & Services" as COO, which, in addition to the commercial departments, also comprises the operative units.
In the same meeting, the previous sole board member and co-founder of communicode AG, Stefan Belmann, was also appointed CEO of the company with effect from 01.01.2016 and will take over the responsibility for the business division "Strategy & Innovation" as of January 2016.
He will continue to look after the strategic alignment and, by expanding the Executive Board, will be able to focus even more on future and growth topics. At the same time, aspects of sustainability play an essential role in the company's business strategy.
