At this year's AzuBeYou, communicode will be represented by around 80 companies who would like to use the virtual setting to hold constructive job interviews without long application processes.
The training as an IT specialist is demanding, exciting, versatile and promising. Every year, communicode is looking for new talents who would like to enter this professional field and participate in large projects. On 8th and 9th June, we will again give young people the opportunity to get to know us as a potential training company.
The AzuBeYou virtual training fair is the ideal venue for this. This is because all participants can simply upload their application documents online and make them directly available to the companies. In so-called speed dates, the interview partners then have the opportunity to talk about the important aspects and to see whether they are "green" to each other. At communicode, several happy trainees have already found their way into our company in this way.
At communicode, training is a particularly cultivated and central topic. As a full service digital agency based in Essen, we know that good skilled workers unfortunately do not grow on trees. We would like to turn our trainees into professionals themselves and provide them with all the important tools to be able to actively shape their own future and our client projects.
