IHK Trainee Speed Dating

After what feels like an eternity of searching for trainees in the World Wide Web, communicode finally has the chance again to meet ambitious talents in person at the IHK Trainee Speed Dating. We are very pleased that the event will again take place in our presence for the first time since the pandemic. Our trainers will be available to all interested parties in the Philharmonie Essen as discussion partners and are already very excited about the ambitious talents who will introduce themselves to them.

On February 22, trainee seekers will have the opportunity to get to know their potential new training company as part of the IHK Trainee Speed Dating. Of course, we won't miss the opportunity to present our modernized training program to the participants and get them excited about the IT specialist training program for application development and system integration.

Training at communicode: A job with perspective

For us, it is already an almost established custom that we take over our trainees into a permanent position after their training. After all, we prepare them for all challenges they might encounter as IT specialists by providing them with up-to-date and professionally targeted contents and excellent support. We offer creative tasks and a friendly working environment - in other words, the best conditions for productive and successful training. This makes it all the more important for us to provide our trainees with exactly the content they need to make the efficient step from talent status to full-stack professional.
