communicode realizes digital product launch for the nutritional supplement MEDOX® in Germany
Since November 28, 2017, the food supplement MEDOX® from Norway has been sold online on the German market at https://www.medox.de/. The Essen-based full-service digital agency communicode equipped the product with a holistic online strategy for the digital future. As lead agency, communicode steers the market launch and coordinates the service partners involved.
In order to continue the success story of the Scandinavian nutritional supplement in Germany, the Essen-based company developed a web store based on Shopware in accordance with the latest technology standards. The scope of services includes visual design, content creation and the technical realization of the webshop.
At medox.de the branded product can be purchased by subscription in intervals determined by the customer and at matching graduated prices. In its role as a full service agency, communicode created targeted campaigns for brand building and sales promotion for display advertising and social media. Furthermore, the high demands on customer service have been directly incorporated into the fulfillment. Initially, communicode's customer service team will also take over the customer service for the MEDOX® store. This ensures that customer wishes and opinions can be reflected in future offers and services.
Upon communicode's recommendation, the hosting of the online store was set up by the agency's operations team in the Amazon AWS Cloud. AWS enables the client to scale flexibly or as required, e.g. in the campaign rhythm, and to adjust the required capacity.
