Die **communiversity** ist unser jährliches Open-Space-Event, bei dem große und kleine Themen aus unserer Arbeit und auch Privates ihren Platz finden. Hier zählt, was uns bewegt! Ob Fachthemen, kreative Ideen oder persönliche Interessen – alles ist willkommen. Die **Agenda gestalten wir gemeinsam** und jeder kann Sessions anbieten oder einfach als Teilnehmer dabei sein.

## communicode invites to an interactive workshop together with the bvik.

B2B communication in the industry often goes hand in hand with a complex digital media processing chain involving a whole range of systems and organisational units. Accordingly, many different stakeholders are involved, from internal departments to external service providers. In addition, the market is increasingly forcing companies to offer digital services that must be built across heterogeneous system landscapes and complex organisational structures. 


## A treasure trove of data
As a marketing decision-maker, you are challenged to manage this distributed data and media, a growing number of communication channels and diverse markets. What's more, marketing today is more fast-moving than ever. This afternoon we will look at how you can harness the wealth of data in your own organisation and use it for marketing and communications.

After **arrival and welcome**, our consultants Michael Ochtrop and Mischa Wolfframm will give an impulse on the topic. Based on their practical experience, the participants experience where media and data are often ‘hidden’ in organisations - entertaining and also a little cheeky.

Afterwards, Turck's **success story** will give us concrete recommendations for action and insights into which strategies and methods were relevant in the project and how they can also be effective for your own initiatives.

Our **workshop** is about developing ideas and solutions for specific tasks. By taking on predefined roles, different perspectives are made possible, which breaks up entrenched thinking and enables balanced assessments and decisions.

We end the afternoon in a cosy atmosphere with drinks and snacks.

B2B Kommunikation in der Industrie geht häufig einher mit einer komplexen digitalen Verarbeitungskette für Medien unter Beteiligung einer ganzen Reihe von Systemen und Organisationseinheiten. Dementsprechend sind viele unterschiedliche Stakeholder beteiligt, angefangen von internen Fachbereichen bis hin zu externen Dienstleistern. Außerdem werden Unternehmen vom Markt mehr und mehr dazu gedrängt, digitale Services anzubieten, die über heterogene Systemlandschaften und verzweigte Organisationsstrukturen aufgebaut werden müssen. 


## Datenschätze heben
Als Marketingentscheider haben Sie die Herausforderung, dieser dezentral gepflegten Daten und Medien, einer wachsenden Zahl von Kommunikationskanälen und verschiedenen Märkten Herr zu werden. Obendrein ist Marketing heute schnelllebiger denn je. Wie man den Datenschatz im eigenen Unternehmen heben und für Marketing und Kommunikation nutzbar machen kann, beleuchten wir an diesem Nachmittag.

Nach **Ankommen und Begrüßung** geben unsere Consultants Michael Ochtrop und Mischa Wolfframm einen Impuls zum Thema. Anhand ihrer Erfahrungen aus der Praxis erleben die Teilnehmer, wo Medien und Daten in den Organisationen häufig "verborgen" liegen - unterhaltsam und auch ein bisschen frech.

Anschließend gibt uns die **Erfolgsgeschichte von Turck** konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und Einblicke darüber, welche Strategien und Methoden im Projekt relevant waren und wie sie auch für die eigenen Initiativen wirksam werden können.

In unserem **Workshop** geht es darum, Ideen und Lösungen für bestimmte Aufgabenstellungen zu entwickeln. Durch die Einnahme vorgegebener Rollen werden unterschiedliche Perspektiven ermöglicht, die festgefahrene Denkstrukturen aufbrechen und ausgewogene Bewertungen und Entscheidungen ermöglichen.

Den Nachmittag lassen wir bei Getränken und Snacks gemütlich ausklingen.

Let's spend an eventful day together with intensive knowledge transfer, exchange of experience and networking - again on site in Linz!

A milestone birthday is always an opportunity to look back. As long-standing partners and friends, we have come a long way together, celebrated successes and overcome crises. On June 4, we will toast to this together and welcome the future with optimism.

We use the masterclasses to actively participate in product development and discuss specific use cases with CELUM experts and customers. We focus on "all colors", a healthy, effective life, better collaboration and value-adding business.
It's the mix that makes the difference... the most diverse aspects can flow into the topics. We will put together the agenda together in the morning.

AGILE.RUHR Camp - the meeting of all fans of the agile guild. This year, communicators from all disciplines are taking part. 
For us, agility is the basis for diverse forms of collaboration. The focus is not on methods in project management or software development, but on the unique opportunity to create a working environment in which transparency, courage, respect and feedback set the tone. 

We are looking forward to comparing different perspectives from the companies with our experiences, giving the participants positive impulses from our communiverse and gaining more fans for the agile idea.

The AGILE.RUHR Camp offers the ideal setting for this and is a permanent fixture in our calendar. This year, we are also supporting the event with a financial contribution.

AGILE.RUHR Camp - das Treffen aller Fans der agilen Zunft. In diesem Jahr nehmen communicoder aus allen Disziplinen teil. 
Für uns ist Agilität die Basis für vielfältige Formen der Zusammenarbeit. Dabei stehen nicht die Methoden im Projektmanagement oder der Softwareentwicklung im Vordergrund, sondern die eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, eine Arbeitswelt zu schaffen, in der Transparenz, Mut, Respekt, Feedback den Ton angeben.

This time the topic is "New Work". With 14 interested members of the BVMW, an intensive exchange is guaranteed. 

This BVMW event is primarily about cooperation and collaboration:
"Who can do what?" and "Who knows whom?". But also: "Who can help whom with what?",
"Who needs support for what?" and "Who have I always wanted to meet in person?"

New Work is still a "hot topic". The scope of new working models for your own organization and which paths you can take are our topics in this round.

Diesmal steht das Thema “New Work” an. 14 interessierte, persönlich geladene Mitglieder des BVMW tauschen sich aus. 

Bei dieser BVMW-Veranstaltung geht es vorrangig um Kooperation und Kollaboration:
"Wer kann was?" und "Wer kennt wen?". Aber auch: "Wer kann wem wobei helfen?",
"Wer braucht wofür Unterstützung?" und "Wen wollte ich schon immer mal persönlich kennenlernen?"

New Work ist noch immer ein “heisses Eisen”. Welche Tragweite neue Arbeitsmodelle für die eigene Organisation haben und welche Wege man beschreiten kann, sind in dieser Runde unser Thema.
