The international developer conference DevOps Gathering highlights the digital spirit of innovation in the Ruhr region and gives it additional charisma. It was launched in 2017 by Peter Rossbach and has been held every spring since then. Its purpose is to transfer knowledge on current IT topics and to network between developers and administrators. This is where the first rapprochement between communicode and Peter Rossbach had taken place.

Despite great competition, the team around Peter Rossbach has managed to increase the number of visitors by around 100 percent every year. "This is an enormous achievement for a young team, for which we at communicode take our hats off.
