- Estrel Hotel Berlin
- Congress Center, Sonnenallee 225, 12057 Berlin
What does "Agentic Readiness" mean?
Many companies are currently launching AI projects. Many of them get stuck.
Why? Because true transformation requires more than just tools.
Agentic Readiness means: Positioning your company so that autonomous systems can operate effectively, securely, and at scale.
1. Data Readiness
Without clean data, agents won’t work.
- Structured, context-rich content
- Machine-readable data models
- Consistent maintenance and governance
Together with CELUM, we’ll show how modern DAM becomes the central foundation for AI-driven commerce.
2. Organizational Readiness
Technology rarely fails – organizations often do.
- Clear governance structures
- Well-planned change management
- New roles and processes for AI & automation
We help you sustainably embed agentic processes within your organization.
3. Technological Readiness
**The right architecture determines scalability.
- AI technologies integrated effectively
- Cloud-native & MACH architectures
- Seamless system landscapes
communicode ensures that your technology not only works – but is future-proof.
