Watch the video to see how the new Hörmann customer portal came about – from the initial idea to its successful launch. Together with Hörmann KG, we developed a modern digital platform for B2B that offers dealers and partners innovative self-service functions and takes the customer journey in B2B to a whole new level. In our presentation at the ECC FORUM, we will show how UX design, scalable architecture, and automation led to a dealer portal that sets new standards in digitalization in wholesale.
We received great feedback and lots of questions from the other B2B entrepreneurs in the audience. The exchange was really enriching and showed how relevant the topic is for different industries. Unfortunately, we were not able to answer all the questions during the presentation as time was limited.
