The challenges in B2B digital business, especially in digital marketing and e-commerce, are as diverse as they are crucial for success. Stefan Höser has been involved with PIM for 25 years and with the increasing digitalisation issues in companies for 15 years. After a CRM rollout in over 25 countries, he has been focussing on the implementation of a unified sales and service platform and the associated global rollout as Lead Product Owner Global E-Commerce for 3 years.
